Leonardo Assicurazioni faced two recurring bottlenecks: 


  • New hire onboarding depended too much on senior people, creating uneven ramp-up and constant interruptions. 


  • Sales conversations slowed down when knowledge wasn’t instantly accessible, forcing follow-ups, escalations, or “let me check and get back to you.”
